The story behind Fez Supper-Club

Fez Supper-Club is my personal expression of deep love and respect for Moroccan cuisine.It’s inspired by the dishes I grew up with, lovingly prepared by family. Those meals showed me how much care, patience, and respect for tradition matter.

Old recipes carry that wisdom. After much learning, experimenting, and exploring, I feel grateful for the chance to share this with you through intimate dinners and tailored catering.

This evening I will serve a three course meal

Starting with shared starters:
Bakoula/ slowly cooked & gently folded spinach with olive oil and perserved lemon
Taktouka/ Grilled sweet peppers and tomato cooked slowly in olive oil
Lfoul Mchermel / Broad beans infused in spices, garlic, lemon and olive oil
Botata Mchermla / tender potatoes with fresh herbs and olive oil

Main:
Tajine Kefta Mkaouara / slowly cooked spiced meatballs in a rich sauce ( grandma style)
Vegetarian Couscous / couscous steamed with vegetables and a scented broth

Sweet finish 
Baghrir / honeycomb pancakes with warm honey and melted butter. served with moroccan mint tea
